QUANTITY SURVEYING
Our agency is willing to accompany our clients in the assessment of their investment by :

PREPARATION FOR PERMITS
We commit also in the elaboration of construction / fire-fighting permits paperwork including drawings, computations, data sheets …so as to facilitate the procedure of our clients for their projects’ approval from the Construction Department.
MODELING
While working from an existing building, we are able to generate a 3D model so as to either facilitate its future maintenance or lead an extension project from a reliable baseline.
We are able to work from various raw input data such as DWG files, IFC files, cloud points …
We can also generate a 3D model directly from the design stage.
COORDINATING
Senior engineers among our team have the capacity to detect clashes within a model and suggest possibilities to solve them by working along with other trades related (architectural, structural, process).
PLANNING
– Time Schedule
Incorporating to the model a timeline as a guideline for construction contractors to commit to. This schedule varies accordingly to the sections of building, type of works planned (M&E systems implementation, concrete & steel works, furniture installation…)
– Cost follow-up
The process of extracting quantities from a mock-up at a high LOD (Level of Development) enables an accurate assessment of the cost a project. Therefore, quotations from suppliers will be more likely reviewed and chosen carefully for the most adequate budget.
– Quality of works
Anticipating all the previous parameters aim at reducing latency at construction sites, financial loss possibly due to a poor assessment of suppliers capacities and abilities…thus enabling to focus on the quality of works. Methodology referencing files can be inserted along to the model to ensure works are carried « dans les règles de l’art ».
